About the workshop
This workshop will bring together scientists sharing their experiences on how to build efficient and sustainable e-infrastructures for massively parallel sequencing data management and storage, as well as setting up and maintaining an associated ecosystem of workflows, pipelines, and bioinformatics software.
- e-infrastructures for NGS
- NGS pipelines in action
- Clinical data management
- Workflow systems
- Virtual machines for NGS
The workshop will also include a knowledge cafe with round-table discussions, and a set of short-tutorials.
The workshop is free of charge and includes coffee, lunch and dinner but requires registration. The number of participants is limited to 36 on a first come, first served basis. The event is funded by SeqAhead, SciLifeLab, eSSENCE, SeRC, NeIC and BILS.
