The PDC Summer School is for researchers from business/industry or from academia (including students) who want to learn how to write programs for parallel supercomputers, including those based on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), or who need to optimize already-existing scientific program code for high-performance computing (HPC). The school is also suitable for HPC beginners who need to learn the basics of HPC for research.

The PDC Center for High Performance Computing, in conjunction with the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, invites interested researchers to attend our summer school: “Introduction to High Performance Computing”. The course will be held in Stockholm at the KTH main campus from 15-26 August 2022. The course is given in English and is open to researchers from academia and industry, and to Masters and PhD students, from anywhere in the world.

To find out more about our exciting summer school, and to apply to attend it, visit the school’s web page at: www.pdc.kth.se/summer-school/2022.

Note: Applications close on the 30th of May 2022 and that the number of places is limited (so apply soon to have a good chance of being given a place on the course).
