From the announcement:
VASP is a popular software package for electronic structure calculations and molecular dynamics from first principles. This morning seminar will focus on how to best run VASP in parallel on the Swedish supercomputers available through SNIC. There will be special emphasis on Triolith at NSC and the newly inaugurated Cray XC-40 Beskow at PDC. We will first look at influential input parameters that control parallelisation and then move on to analysing case studies to get an idea of e.g. how many processor cores you can use for different kinds of simulations.

No registration required.
