Welcome to a one-day workshop on Brain-IT supported by KTH ICT platform and organized within the context of the Brain-IT community at SeRC! The proposed meeting is a follow up on some earlier events held at KTH. The aim is to bring together researchers in this highly interdisciplinary field from KTH, Stockholm University and Karolinska institutet in order to learn about the scope of scientific interests represented in the community, identify synergies for future fruitful collaborations and to discuss the format of Brain-IT.
The program will comprise short research presentations by participants as well as break-out sessions in smaller interest groups, e.g. computational neuroscience, neuromorphic systems, etc. A detailed program will be sent out in advance of the workshop.
The date is April 26 and the location is Vår Gård[1] in Saltsjöbaden, conveniently reached by Saltsjöbanan from Slussen[2]. The start will be at 9.00 and we will end with a dinner at 18.30 (lunch and coffee breaks in between).
Registration is required and can be done via

before April 17 2017. There is an upper limit on the number of participants – registrations will be handled as first-come-first-served. Please share this invitation with people at KTH, KI or SU whom you know are active in the Brain-IT but did not get an invitation.
